Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts in Medical Anthropology & Global Health from the University of Washington and her nursing degree from Seattle University before completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice. She is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and brings hands-on experience in surgical and medical dermatology.

Dr. Pile earned her nursing degree from the University of Washington before graduating summa cum laude from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she also contributed to peer-reviewed research and presented at national dermatology conferences. She is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

You submit photos and answer questions about your condition. Your provider reviews everything and responds with a detailed treatment plan within 24 hours.

You book a time slot, complete your intake beforehand, and meet with your provider face-to-face over video for 15 minutes.

If your provider determines your condition requires in-person evaluation (like a biopsy or procedure), they'll refer you to a local dermatologist.

Yes. Our providers can prescribe most dermatology medications and send them electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Note: Isotretinoin (Accutane) requires in-person care and is not available through virtual visits.

After booking, you'll complete an intake form that guides you through taking and uploading photos with the right lighting and angles.

Yes. You can reach us anytime through our secure messaging system for questions or concerns.

We are a direct-pay practice. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
